How Does PEB work ?
The first step is to understand the land, the structure design and the environment of the site. Our experts visit the site and collect information regarding the space and how the final structure should look like. Taking in account the structural and design aesthetics, they formulate schedules, cost, and design schematics. The finalised details are then shared with our manufacturing unit to mould steel casts into the perfect shape required for the design.
The manufacturing unit starts moulding the steel off-site, creating every piece with extreme precision and detail. PEB structures allow for high levels of customisation to optimise for different purposes like retail space, cargo area, factory units and storage space. The structures are fabricated to the exact size of the area for maximum utilisation. The high quality steel units are then prepared for the final step.
Once ready, the steel sheets are brought to the final site for erection process. Once the main column are erected, the final steps begin. Beginning with the primary frame, the rafters are installed, followed by installing the remaining frames. The process is repeated until your final structure is ready. This complete process is highly efficient and the within a fraction of the time taken by traditional processes, large structures are ready to be filled with activity
Durability
Pre Engineered Buildings are built of I-frames which are sturdy in nature and are designed to take heavy loads. Load considerations are taken into account before construction, this greatly enhances the quality of the structure and also increases the efficiency

Ease of Construction
Most of the engineering of the structure is done in the factory during prefabrication of structure, which makes the construction process easier. Prefabricated and customised beams are transported to the site and assembled together using bolts and nuts
Time savings
Suitable materials are chosen beforehand and the pillars of the structure are designed in advance, it takes considerably less time than conventional buildings. So any required facility can be erected quickly and can be brought quickly in functioning condition.
